Schedule: from Monday to Saturday (from 08:00 to 18:00)
• Organizing manager’s diary and making appointments.
• Dealing with letters and emails
• Arranging meetings.
• Organizing and maintaining office systems.
• Taking notes at meetings.
• Making travel arrangements for manager/director.
• Standing in for the manager in their absence.
• Taking action points and writing minutes.
• Planning and organizing events.
• Other duties required by PM
• Experience as personal assistant or related position is a must
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent knowledge of English, Azeri and Russian is a must
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information.
• The ability to use your own initiative.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to PowerPoint and other graphics and/or presentation software
